Use --as-needed when linking so that the Java package and the CLI
package don't pick up unneeded dependencies on spell checkers and the
      like.

Minor changes all around · 3612766e
      Ken Bloom authored
link-grammar-*.jar has been renamed linkgrammar-*.jar, so update the
      clean: target in debian/rules
likewise, installation into /usr/share/java is handled in Makefile.am,
so I don't need to do that in debian/rules anymore

fix a line continuation issue in debian/control so that the java package
builds on all architectures indicated in the debian/control
get the package name right when determining whether to build the java
      stuff in the first place
