Imported Upstream version 1.1

Version 1.1
Fri Jun 29 14:11:32 CEST 2012
* Instead of downloading the original manpages during building
of the package, the software now uses the locally installed
manpages on the system. To enable the previous behaviour,
there is now an option "--enable-download" for the configure
script. Thanks to Jeremy Bicha <jbicha@ubuntu.com> for the
bug report. This closes Debian bug #679122.
* Updated translations:
groff.1, gzip.1, capget.2, connect.2, ptrace.2, read.2, readdir.2,
rename.2, setpgid.2, setreuid.2, setuid.2, statfs.2, truncate.2,
fopen.3, fread.3, getgrnam.3, getpwnam.3, isalpha.3, malloc.3,
memchr.3, mkstemp.3, perror.3, qsort.3, scandir.3, scanf.3,
strerror.3, sysconf.3, isdnlog.5, proc.5, iso_8859-8.7

Note to Linux distributions
===========================
Starting from version 1.0, manpages-de tries to download the
original manpages used for generating the translation from
a Debian server. If the building machine does not have internet
access, this will fail.
The new approach, starting with version 1.1, is now to first
use the already installed manpages from the local system.
Therefore, if you're building the package yourself, you need
to make sure that all corresponding manpages are installed.
Alternatively, you can revert to the previous behaviour by
using the configure option --enable-download.
