document allow-hotplug

Network configuration
If your PCMCIA network card is not brought up automatically, add the
following to /etc/network/interfaces:
allow-hotplug eth0
Substitute eth0 for the interface name.
You can also assign a persistent interface name using an udev rule.
Create a rules file named, for example,
/etc/udev/rules.d/010_mynetif.rules and put something like the
following in it:
KERNEL="eth*", SYSFS{address}="00:1a:b7:cc:1a:72", NAME="eth0"
