Update dupload queue names

These are the new canonical names for the Debian upload queues, since dupload 2.9.6. Which are namespaced to make them more clear what they refer to.

I noticed this due to a recent dupload breakage involving buildd. Something I noticed while looking for this was that there is code here scrapping dupload output, which does not seem future proof, but I don't think that broke now, at least. :)
