Adding autopkgtests

Just runs the same unit tests already ran at package build time. As we don't automatically rebuild the entire archive on glibc or gcc updates, a theoretical scenario of a stable release update cherry-picking a glibc commit that could break this package wouldn't be noticeable without autopkgtests. The approach I'm adopting here is quite simple but standard AFAICT.
