Import Debian changes 1.3.0-1

sysfsutils (1.3.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release:
    - sysfs_get_device_parent() does not depend on the detach_state attribute
      any more, which was removed from the kernel recently.
      (closes: #314985)
  * Removed debian/patches/01_systool_mntpath.patch: Mounting sysfs under a
    directory other than /sys is not supported any more.
