New release: 2.2.0+ds-2

This update is primarily for fix build on GNU/Hurd and kFreeBSD. And I hope the Wayland-free-build.patch will open an easy path to backporting the package since QtWayland plugin seems to be not compiled against Qt 5.11.3 available in Debian buster. I've also updated an internal package documentation.
