d/tests: fix login test in case things™ are slow

Florent 'Skia' Jacquet requested to merge skia/util-linux:skia/debug_login_autopkgtest into debian/unstable

This patch hasn't been observed to work, since I don't have a proper local reproducer for the flakyness in the CI. Still worth a try, to see if it improves things.
