Fix configuration issues

I've based this MR on top of !1 (closed) and it consists of 2 fixes:

  • d/sway-config: Fix wlgreet's incorrect call to sway
    Closes: https://bugs.debian.org/1043173
  • d/wlgreet.install: Fix wlgreet's configuration filename
    The default configuration file for wlgreet is /etc/greetd/wlgreet.toml, not wlgreet.tom, so fix that.
