Fix some issues reported by lintian
- Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
- Remove duplicate line from changelog.
- Update watch file format version to 4. (older-debian-watch-file-standard)
- Use secure URI in Homepage field. (homepage-field-uses-insecure-uri)
- Bump debhelper from old 11 to 13. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)
- Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends. (uses-debhelper-compat-file)
- Set upstream metadata fields: Repository. (upstream-metadata-missing-repository)
- Remove obsolete field Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already present in machine-readable debian/copyright).
