New upstream + packaging updates

Roland Mas requested to merge lolando/gemmi:master into master
  • New upstream release (gbp import-orig --uscan + rediff patches)
  • Add myself to uploaders.
  • Add missing Build-Depends: python3-nanobind to fix FTBFS
  • Take more advantage of the dh-python3 automation to simplify debian/rules a bit

When merging, please also pull the upstream and pristine-tar branches and the upstream/0.7.0+ds tag.
