drs and its subprocesses' stderr are missing

It appears that if dgit-repos-server prints to stderr, the output doesn't go to the systemd journal, where we think it should go.

We think drs should inherit stderr from oracled. Some gnupg output is visible in oracled the journal. So maybe this is our fault somehow?
