Add lintian override on msmtp-mta about false positive dependency/pre-dependency on init-system-helpers >= 1.50

msmtp is now build by default with libsecret support (libsecret is no longer
specific to GNOME and other password managers like kwallet or keepassxc
implements the Secret Service specification)

msmtp now recommends at the minimum libsecret-tools (to minimized the
dependencies pulled) or some popular password managers

apparmor: use profile name specifier

Apparmor 3 will deprecate support for the old form and emit
warning during compilation. With this, 'ps auxZ' will show
the short profile name instead of /usr/bin/msmtp.
