• Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
• Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)
• Set upstream metadata fields: Archive, Bug-Database, Contact, Name. (upstream-metadata-file-is-missing)
