• Update lintian override info format in d/r-cran-readr.lintian-overrides on line 2. (mismatched-override)
• Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
• Move source package lintian overrides to debian/source. (old-source-override-location)
• Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)
• Update renamed lintian tag names in lintian overrides. (renamed-tag)
• Set upstream metadata fields: Archive, Bug-Database, Bug-Submit, Contact, Name, Repository, Repository-Browse. (upstream-metadata-file-is-missing, upstream-metadata-missing-bug-tracking, upstream-metadata-missing-repository)
