      magit-repository-directories: Add some default directories · f77d1158
      Jonas Bernoulli authored
If these directories do not actually exist or don't contain any
repositories, then that isn't much of a problem but it helps users of
`borg'. Users who want to use that features that use the value of
this option have to customize this anyway (except now `borg' users),
so the default being non-nil shouldn't upset anyone.

Remember position when refreshing tabulated-list-mode buffers · 2f030263
      Jonas Bernoulli authored
Our derived modes used to bind "g" to the listing command, shadowing
`revert-buffer'. Now we keep the default binding and instead add the
appropriate refresh functions to `tabulated-list-revert-hook'. This
preserves the position and avoids some other unnecessary work. These
      functions didn't previously exist.

      magit-modified-files: rename to magit-unstaged-files · e55874f0
      Kyle Meyer authored
Mark magit-modified-files as obsolete and rename it to
magit-unstaged-files [*] because the new name 1) aligns nicely with
the name magit-staged-files and 2) makes it clearer that the returned
list is restricted to files with unstaged changes.

      [*] Unlike the just-deleted magit-unstaged-files, magit-modified-files
does not include files that only have staged changes.

      magit-repolist-column-dirty: fix 801cbfd8 · 991aa241
      Kyle Meyer authored
Despite its name, magit-unstaged-files [1] lists both staged and
unstaged changes because it's based on a "git diff-index HEAD" call.
As a result, magit-repolist-column-dirty's last condition in 801cbfd8
is unreachable. Use magit-modified-files instead, which is based on a
"git diff-files" call and is restricted to files with unstaged
      changes.

With the above issue fixed, the last condition can be reached, but the
return value for this condition is wrong. Correct the
magit-staged-files call so that "S" is returned rather than passed as
      an argument to magit-staged-files.

      [1] magit-unstaged-files was added in 65867b5d (magit-unstaged-files:
new function, 2015-12-15) and has never been used for anything
until its use in magit-repolist-column-dirty. I don't know how it
was supposed to differ from magit-modified-files.
