Better GPG key management

Nowadays we have Web Key Directory for GPG-keys. Maybe we can automatically update keys from WKD, maybe Debian keyserver or define place in yaml, where to get uptodate keys. I would prefer only https links here with valide certificate from ca-certificates.crt . @wouter : What do you think about it?
