The interpreter used is installed at another location on Debian systems.
In general, env should not be used in shebangs but the real name instead.

Modified a bit to stay under the 4 MB log size limit
and 100 MB artefact limit.

Attempted to get all of Salsa CI working, but ran into failures and was
unable to overcome all of them, so leaving some parts of the pipeline
disabled for now.

The rename of tokuft_logdump is necessary for the package to build
so it is justified even in a stable release. Also adding a few new
man pages is completely safe.

This reverts commit b5d41be0.

PCRE main.func_regexp_pcre was failing on s390x and ppc64el because
of this change, so it must be reverted.

The workflow for testing Stretch uploads involves using Launchpad
Xenial builders, where the not-installed file is not supported, thus
--fail-missing always fails the build. This is not a useful feature in
a stable release anyway, because rather not introduce any new files.

This failed on most Launchpad architectures, as the disk information
does not seem to be available on Launchpad builders. A better fix will
be done by upstream later to the actual test code itself.

TokuDB will try to link with libmysqlclient, but we have renamed
libmysqlclient to libmariadbclient. Make sure to rename it in TokuDB's
CMakeLists.txt too.

There is an internal compiler error on GCC-6.3.0 on arm64.
Workaround the error by making use of different function to
compare floats.

New tests were added along work for but those are still failing on
s390x. To pass dep8, but not skip on unittests entirely this disables
the particular test on s390x.
