* Changelog spelling fix
* Pre-Depends on dpkg (>= 1.15.6~)
* distribution for NEWS and changelog is made same

With this release Gargi and Sarai fonts which were shipped previosuly
as part of this package are now moved to fonts-gargi and fonts-sarai.
