Fix some issues reported by lintian
- Trim trailing whitespace. (trailing-whitespace)
- Remove 1 obsolete maintscript entry.
- Bump debhelper from old 10 to 13. (package-uses-old-debhelper-compat-version)
- Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends. (uses-debhelper-compat-file)
- Set upstream metadata fields: Archive, Bug-Database. (upstream-metadata-file-is-missing)
- Update Vcs-* headers from URL redirect. (vcs-obsolete-in-debian-infrastructure)
- Use canonical URL in Vcs-Git. (vcs-field-not-canonical)
