RPi3 B+: Testing images not working

Someone wrote to the foundation to report an issue with images for the Raspberry Pi 3B+. The user says that our stable and testing images aren't working with this device.

The email was sent on July 17, 2019, for what it's worth.

I don't have a Raspberry Pi 3B+, so I can't verify or falsify this issue myself. But hopefully someone else can.

Edit: Stable images are working as expected
