Documenting issues with LIME2

From the December 8th call notes:

We have to document to our users that the newest revision doesn't work

The Rev. K of the LIME2 does not work with our software due to an issue with its ethernet PHY. The kernel does not yet support this ethernet PHY, so it has connection issues.

We need to tell users to be aware of this issue before they buy a new LIME2.

A warning should appear on the download page of freedombox.org, as well as elsewhere on our online pages.
