mediawiki: spike: See if removing admin password is possible

  • Admins of FreedomBox should be admins of MediaWiki automatically.
  • Update MediaWiki configuration scripts to make FreedomBox admins as MediaWiki admins.
  • Make sure that existing admins are smoothly upgraded
  • Remove the MediaWiki configuration form entirely and use the base class
