UI: Shade of blue in loading bar not easily visible

I just noticed that in the recent testing images, whenever I click on a new page in Plinth and wait for the new page to load, a blue loading bar at the top of Plinth appears to indicate the loading progress.

The problem I see is that the shade of blue used in the plinth menu is too similar to the shade of blue used in the loading bar.

For reference, I've taken a screenshot of the loading bar as it look against the plinth menu:

I suggest two fixes to make the loading bar more visible:

  1. Make it thicker
  2. Change the color to white, grey, green, or a different shade of blue that is much darker or lighter than plinth's.

Anyone else have this same problem? It took me weeks to even notice that this loading bar is in the interface...it might be that I have a bad screen, but I think a thicker bar would be a good change.
