ejabberd: BOSH port changed

In ejabberd 18.09-1, the default BOSH port is changed from 5280 to 5443. We will need to update the jwchat-plinth apache conf (used by JSXC), and ejabberd's diagnostics. We should also upgrade the config for existing installs.
