security: Add more jails for fail2ban

Evaluate implementing ban of IP for a few minutes if bad authentication attempts are detected for following service. We currently have this for SSH and Apache authentication failures. Many ready made jails are available as part of fail2ban itself but need to be enabled explicitly. Evaluate and implement jails for following services:

• Mumble server
• ejabberd
• Matrix synapse
• Bind
• Infinoted
• Minetest
• OpenVPN
• Quassel
• Mediawiki
• Wordpress
