backups: Automated daily backups

Once a user configures a backup location for borgbackup to store its repository, an option to have daily (incremental) backups written to this repository should be available. This option should work irrespective of the nature of the storage medium of the repository (internal disk, removable disk, ssh, nfs, tahoe-lafs etc.)
