names: Update domain names table

See #1531.

• For regular domains, show 'all' as the services list
• Ensure that all domains types are represented show their configuration can be triggered from this page.
• Add actions column with 'Configure...' button
  • Regular domain configuration button should launch steps 6 and 12.
  • Dynamic DNS domain configuration button should redirect to Dynamic DNS app
  • Tor Hidden Service configuration button should redirect to Tor app
  • Pagekite domain configuration button should redirect to Pagekite app
