ssh: Add documentation for explain why and how to use SSH keys

Currently the wiki page https://wiki.debian.org/FreedomBox/Manual/SecureShell and consequently the secure shell documentation in freedombox UI don't talk about how to create/use SSH keys to login and why they are better than passwords. Document this.

Also talk about how Cockpit is an alternative to using SSH.
