New Module: MiniDLNA

Features proposal for MiniDLA ssdp/upnp media server:

• Module functions:
  • enable/disable service
  • backup assets with backup module
  • configure media directories
  • configure inotify for better resource management
• Make it accessible in 'internal' zone only
• Add presentation page listening on 8200 in Apache.
• Tests (manual, functional)
• Add option to 'Share' the storage folder with correct groups.
• Documentation about Filesystems and Localizations (compatibility with Windows Filesystems)
