Users should be able to configure an email address

Each user should be able to specify an email address in their profile page on FreedomBox.

This email address will be used by FreedomBox to send the users password reset emails (#1825) and relevant notifications based on user group.

Prerequisite:

  1. FreedomBox is configured to send emails. #1824
