Apache Crash when installing Freedombox on Debian 10 over Hetzner Cloud

I had a fresh install on debian 10 and installed freedombox using the package.

I had a public IP allotted by Hetzner Cloud. I did not map any domain name entry, assuming i can still access via the public ip allotted. I am facing the following error
