mediawiki: App installation process shows no status information at some point.

During the mediawiki app installation, at some point there is no installation progress status visible altough the app is not ready yet. The app page still refreshes until the installation is complete and enabled.

Because of this, mediawiki functional test always fail on first setup.

No status is shown when the mediawiki 'update' post setup is called.
