[805108] Use zram to compress and conserve RAM

It'd be nice to use zram to conserve RAM on low-memory systems, like all our targeted hardware.

If this can be enabled after the system is live, it might be better to put this in Plinth. That'd let users who just install Plinth conserve RAM.
