Ikiwiki: no page is created on amd64

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Have Debian 11 on an amd64 machine
2. DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get install freedombox
3. Complete the setup process and update the system
4. Install ikiwiki from the FreedomBox interface
5. Create a new wiki/blog ---> no page is created

Workaround:

1. Uninstall ikiwiki
2. Install ikiwiki + its recommended packages
