upgrades: Apps uninstalled during upgrade

On FreedomBox testing, unattended-upgrades uninstalled two applications: TT-RSS and Shaarli. This was observed on 2022-09-08.

The attached log shows that a few PHP dependencies of the apps were removed by unattended-upgrades. unattended-upgrades-dpkg.log
