ejabberd: Changing hostname fails due to 'restrict console logins'

When restrict console logins is enabled, changing the hostname of the system changes ejabberd mnesia not name change. This operation fails with the error 'su: Permission denied'. When 'restrict console logins' option is disabled. The operation succeeds.
