Make sites-available/example.com.conf high priority

I recently helped one of my friends upgrade to Bookworm. After the upgrade, the let's encrypt certificate wouldn't work, instead, the snake oil certificate was active. I had to resort to renaming sites-available/example.com.conf to sites-available/90-example.com.conf. I suggest we start using this naming convention to avoid this potential issue.
