Searx is no longer maintained

Issue: On September 7, 2023 SearX's repository on GitHub was archived. The FAQ says that SearX is no longer being maintained.

Impact: Our users who installed SearX are currently not impacted. But there's a risk that SearX could be removed from Debian.

Plan of Action:

• Evaluate the privacy implications of the fork SearXNG
• Debian package SearXNG (with some privacy patches applied) and make it available in FreedomBox
