"Add app" button on apps page

Just a quick idea I had, what if we add a button like this to the list of enabled apps?

Clicking the button would bring up a list of available but not enabled apps.

Maybe the list of disabled apps at the bottom could be collapsed or hidden until the "Add App" button is clicked.
