ui: Consolidate app setup notifications

List all app operations in a single notification:

• Installed
• Updated
• Repaired
• Waiting
• Running (only one app at a time will be running)
• Error

Notes:

• Dismiss should remove apps that have completed so far (installed, updated, repaired, error) and keep waiting and running.
• Message should group app names for simple messages like installed, updated, repaired but expand messages for error (with error message).
• All app names should be clickable.
