Plinth uses "Helvetica Neue"

Do we really expect users to pay € 42,364 for that whole font on a server? Even if it is just a CSS definition that defaults to a font that apple users have installed we should not support it.

The Identity Manual suggests using "Lato" which is licensed freely under the Open Font Licence (OFL)

Let us use Lato!
