Privoxy diagnostics seem to not work correctly

I don't have Privoxy installed, but a number of its Diagnostic tests are marked "passed" anyway:

• Access URL https://www.debian.org
• Access https://debian.org/ with proxy http://127.0.0.1:8118/ on tcp4
• Access https://debian.org/ with proxy http://10.0.2.15:8118/ on tcp4
• Access https://debian.org/ with proxy http://localhost:8118/ on tcp4
• Access https://debian.org/ with proxy http://freedombox:8118/ on tcp4
