Tor HS: Add ports for external services

Currently remote users can access jwchat over the Tor hidden service, and can login if authorized. But they can't communicate with other users when accessing it through the HS. We need to add XMPP ports to the HS configuration to enable this.

Besides XMPP, also add ports for other services enabled in firewalld's external zone.

EDIT: This isn't needed for jwchat actually. But in general, any external services should be available through the hidden service.
