Link to Manual page from each application

Assumption: Short name of the application is available by splitting from current application name. See #929 (closed).

• The setup view and service view of each application must have a link (button) to the corresponding page in the HTML manual shipped with Plinth.
• Rename all wiki pages to reflect their application name. Most wiki pages are already using application names. Only a few may need to be renamed.
