Separate enabled <-> disabled apps

App cards should come in two piles: enabled (on top) and disabled (below). They should be divided by a separator called "––– disabled –––"

Note that disabled cards have a different style:

• all colors are completely desaturated, including the logo
• the background of the card is gray
