Add Get Support, Feedback and Contribute Buttons

Implement the following:

• Add a "Contribute" page to the help app. The content should be as described here.
• Add a new icon in the help page for contribute. Text should be "Contribute" and icons should be a wrench icon from fork-awesome.
• Add a "Submit Feedback" page to the help app. The content should be as described here.
• Add a new icon in the help page for submitting feedback. Text should "Submit Feedback". Icon should be a speech cloud icon as shown here.
• Add a "Get Support" page to the help app. The content should be "If you need help in getting something done or if you are facing problems using FreedomBox, get help from our community of users and contributors. Search for past discussions or post a new query on our discussion forum.".
• Add a new icon in the help for getting support. The text should be "Get Support". Icon should be a life-buoy icon from fork-awesome.
• Order the icons in the help page as follows: "Manual", "Download Manual", "Get Support", "Submit Feedback", "Contribute", "About".
• Covert the "?" help icon in the navbar to a drop down. The drop down should the items as follows "Manual", "Download Manual", Separator, "Get Support", "Submit Feedback", "Contribute", Separator, "About".
• Ensure that help icon dropdown menu works well on mobile screens.
• Ensure that help menu during the first wizard also has a drop down.

The Riot web app has a logo in the bottom of the vertical left panel for submitting bugs and feedback:

When you click on the feedback button, you get this screen:

We should do the same thing for FreedomBox. My proposal:

1. Insert a button for feedback that appears on every page (perhaps put it in the top menu)
2. Make the Feedback button open a new tab which leads to freedombox.local/plinth/feedback. The feedback page should be simple and say something like this:
