Cockpit: Not working consistently

Environment:

• Hardware: LIME2 rev. G2
• Software: Pioneer image for the LIME2, 19.2

A user on the forum identified an issue: after installing cockpit, the cockpit interface is unresponsive.

I confirmed this issue. Here is the screen I see when I try to use cockpit on my FreedomBox:

The interface never loads.
