Cockpit: Enable by default

Sunil Mohan Adapa requested to merge sunilmohan/freedombox:cockpit-enabled-by-default into master

This merge request:

  • Makes cockpit an essential app
  • Makes cockpit work with .local domain
  • Fixes misc issues with ejabberd, letsencrypt, config and cockpit modules.
