Replace db.manage_workrequest_priorities with modern permissions

We use old django permissions for one thing

We should replace db.manage_workrequest_priorities with something like scope owner. It's present in:

  • debusine/server/views/workflows.py
  • debusine/server/views/work_requests.py
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
